Masterclass

This module is designed for entrepreneurs who are interested in equipping themselves for leading their companies into the future, beyond the curve. The focus is on overall business management and governance for sustainability.

This module has been designed to help business executives and entrepreneurs to develop their own business model playbook following on from the high-level intent defined in the previous Masterclass. It is an iterative process composed of teaching by faculty members,  presentations of ideas, experience sharing, and personal reflections.

This has been designed to help business professionals and entrepreneurs identify their Purpose and Values, bring their Vision to life, communicate it to all stakeholders, and align their colleagues towards delivering it.
